TI-CON is our web-based construction documentation preparation system, assisting you in creating sworn statements, partial waivers, and final waivers. With TI-CON you can retain customer transaction information, and gives you the ability to save documents in Word to your hard drive. We have found that AOL has a problem with their servers that prevents the Order System from working all the time. The best way to use the Order System with AOL is to do the following:
- Dial into AOL - Minimize AOL - Double Click on Internet Explorer
- Go to our web site (www.illinois.ticortitle.com) - it should now work fine.
