TI-AGENT is our web based agent title examination program, which offers you increased efficiency, 24/7 availability, and ease of use. This program assists you in putting and keeping the pieces together. We have found that AOL has a problem with their servers that prevents the Order System from working all the time. The best way to use the Order System with AOL is to do the following:
- Dial into AOL - Minimize AOL - Double Click on Internet Explorer
- Go to our web site (www.illinois.ticortitle.com) - it should now work fine.
