ABOUT CPL ONLINE
CPL Online allows lender and broker customers to create CPLs following 3 easy steps – enter the Order/Escrow Number, enter the Borrower’s Name, and select the Ticor Address you would like the CPL to come from. Once you click on “Generate Letter”, you are done – it is that easy!!! You may also print your wire instructions from the same screen that you generate your letter from. We have found that AOL has a problem with their servers that prevents the Order System from working all the time. The best way to use the Order System with AOL is to do the following:
- Dial into AOL - Minimize AOL - Double Click on Internet Explorer
- Go to our web site (www.illinois.ticortitle.com) - it should now work fine.
